Tability has immediately improved our company's ability to track and share progress towards our OKR goals. Historically, we have tried to maintain by hacking excel sheets together, and it's a breath of fresh air to have everything in one spot in one easy to use tool. That said, with every tool comes a learning curve. One of the even better aspects is how amazing the customer service has been. What do you dislike about Tability? It was difficult to freely choose a payment method when getting started, and requiring a password after logging in with Google was confusing. As someone who has been using a task management program for a long time, I focused on the goal management features. The extensive integrations provided fully met the needs of our team. The consideration for read-only accounts is also noteworthy. However, it would be even better if there were more features for read-only accounts or a revenue model that allows adding only read-only accounts with an extra charge.
