What problems is Syte solving and how is that benefiting you?

It allow us to show the costumers what they are looking for or they could potentially like. It is a very important filter when you have thousands of products and a large range of categories. For a very visual products website like us, it was essential and Syte is the best answer to show similar products. People are really autonomous to find the best product by uploading a picture or find similar designs. In addition, Syte reduces our customer service workload. People were asking for similar designs. Sometimes because it's not in stock, sometimes because it was hard to find design in a very large catalog. Wallpapers, fabrics, tiles or rugs are not a simple purchase, it takes time and reflection and Syte is here to show every possibility close to what they like. What do you like best about Syte?

The tool works very well. If they keep innovating and refining, the company definitely has a good future ahead. Their team also appears dedicated and effective. Overall, the syte team went above and beyond to push our tech team to complete our work and were not complacent on hitting deadlines. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Syte?

There are some refinements the tool could have to better serve our use cases. But to be fair, out of the box, the tool appears 90% effective. There is probably 10% scope for improvement. Also, the dashboards are not great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
