I like how easy it is to use and knowing nothing will be lost. Easy to understand for first time users and dependable!

Sometimes it's a little tough finding specific items I need, but they are there.

**What problems is SysTools Google Apps Backup solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fumbling trying to find important papers and downloads are problematic.  I can organize in any way with this app.
