The user can download their Gmail data to the desired local directory. The tool can also be used to export the emails from Gmail to Microsoft Outlook PST File. The tool downloads the Emails (with their attachments), Calendars, Contacts, & Documents. Easy to configure an account backup 2. Both the free and professional version allow for some sort of scheduling options 3. While simple to use, the user interface had some menu options which in my opinion should be easier to find 2.During my usage, options to include\exclude emails were not immediately clear, requiring a little extra searching to get done **Recommendations to others considering SysTools Gmail Backup:** Carefully read the pre-requisite requirements on the website. certain features require the presence of other software to function properly. **What problems is SysTools Gmail Backup solving and how is that benefiting you?** The application was downloaded at the tail end of a G-Suite trial, in which i needed to backup some user emails and subsequently import into outlook. This issue was presented due to pilot users being migrated to G-suite for said trail.
