Not being able to easily jump from patient information to patient billing history without having to change screens. It would be nice to be able to have a tab on the screen that you could easily go back and forth from patient registration to the billing/charges history. Also I really dislike on the schedule not being able to block a therapist off without having to click each block, you should have a click and drag feature. and finally on the reports and utilities screen I wish you only had to sign in with the password once rather than each time you jump to a new report, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Can not state all what I like, Its simply the best. I tried few systems even WebPT. But after trying System4PT, I regret all the time I wasted in front of the screen without seeing patients and managing my business. Its not only the documentation part. Patient history is autofilled into eval, catches potential billing errors when going to sign treatment note, has lists for therapists to keep track of reevals and d/c notes.
