**What do you like best about Systems Integration Consulting Services?**

Contact centers typically have high turn over and they do not. We started working with the in 2014 and many of the original agents on the team are still in place.

**What do you dislike about Systems Integration Consulting Services?**

They need to work on  their approach to training and quality assurance now that they have a core staff of experienced agents. The following question is required but not relevant.

Establish a good working relationship with them and include them in decision making whenever possible. They will in turn help you in ways you would not have thought possible.
