Customer service was helpful and it's not their fault they can't answer to everyone..but a chat would be helpful. For beginners, this is awesome because you don't have the pressure of a time-based trial to learn about funnels, marketing, etc. I have used other products & usually you spend the entire trial just trying to learn where the buttons are on the platform. The Free plan lets you sample enough of the SIO to build and generate income and then scale (at your own pace). I cannot say enough about how valuable this is. Don't think "free" is not valuable...this is one not to skip. Also, even if you do NOT want to provide "tech support" for others, I learned about all the features by going through their FREE certification program in about a day. (I took breaks and it wasn't overwhelming). **What do you dislike about Systeme.io?** If there's a negative to SIO , I wish they had calendaring built-in and/or integrated with it. For coaches and/or online meetings, I would love that feature not only for Google Cal but my Apple calendar. I was able to add my payment gateways within minutes, which was the first time I had ever done that sort of thing. They explained what different things meant when switching a domain over among many other things. They even screenshotted + highlighted what i need to do to fix the issue - STEP BY STEP. I would highly recommend them especially to small business who are just starting.
