Easy to Use and Well-Priced, But UI/UX and Guidance Need Improvement **Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** kamal b. | Company Owner, Marketing and Advertising, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2026 **What do you like best about Systeme.io?** i like the simplicity of use and free trail is fair and pricing is good for a crm and email marketing platform also the integration was easy with no complications ,the automation is working as expected , is a fast platformi used ai to segment subscribers and it was nice . **What do you dislike about Systeme.io?** the platform is too thin i cant find guidance and looks cheap also , no good ui /ux the help button didn't help actually ,i needed some guidance on some email marketing features but the supports wasn't good enough also the platform is not professional enough when its about the user interface so they need to redesign it to more professional dashboard . **What problems is Systeme.io solving and how is that benefiting you?** now i am using it for email marketing it did sent quite good emails without problems . its also easy to use it helped me segment subscribers and do better email marketing campaigns . so it solved me time waste and email marketing problems , ### 2. Throughout the migration process, I received ongoing updates, all questions and requests were addressed while going above and beyond. As I've just transitioned to Systeme.io I'm still learning about the platform and how things work. So far, I find the platform to be user friendly and I'm looking forward to learning all the features and having Systeme.io as my go-to platform instead of having all these different ones doing bits each **What do you dislike about Systeme.io?** I'm still trying to navigate the differences with previously used platforms.
