I face numerous technical issues with Systeme.io on a weekly basis, which disrupts the functionality and reliability of my online courses and email operations. The support team is unhelpful, leaving problems unresolved for extended periods. For instance, there was a failure with Stripe integration that lasted a whole day, and a misleading 'recurring payment' message lingered incorrectly on payment forms for five days. Additionally, my customers experienced difficulties signing into the e-learning platform for two consecutive days without any clear communication on whether the issue was being addressed. A lot of platforms offer a free trial, but you quickly hit a paywall and then have to figure out how to connect a whole bunch of expensive, separate tools to do what you need. Systeme.io is a different story. It's a genuine all-in-one platform with a free-forever plan that's actually usable. For me, this means I can test new ideas and launch smaller projects without a huge financial commitment.
