On the surface, it seems to do a lot - email lists, funnels, community. But if you get beneath the surface, you quickly find that systeme.io is created by morons and maintained and supported by even bigger morons. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Systeme.io? Was moving my business to systeme.io - and then they refused to let me change my sender email address without submitting tax documents. This is not a joke - they really asked for more tax documentation than I needed to get the mortgage on my house. Here is the insanity: I had already verified that domain with systeme.io by adding a bunch of DNS records. And now they want my tax returns?!? To change the login email WITHIN THE SAME DOMAIN?!? No explanation, no alternative, no support. I've been building online businesses since the 1990s and have never encountered anything like this from a marketing platform. What do you dislike about Systeme.io? the platform is too thin i cant find guidance and looks cheap also , no good ui /ux the help button didn't help actually ,i needed some guidance on some email marketing features but the supports wasn't good enough also the platform is not professional enough when its about the user interface so they need to redesign it to more professional dashboard . I like how Systeme.io manages the end-to-end funnel, from user sign-in to email sending, course purchasing, and access granted, making it easy without needing to integrate any other tools. The best thing about this Systeme.io platform is it highly helps us by bringing funnels and email marketing and cost hosting automation and affiliate management all into a single platform the biggest advantage is their simplicity bare everything is easy to set up without having much of a technical expertise and also their funnel builder is very intuitive and automation workflows are very straightforward making it the overall platform very idle for quickly launching campaigns or any digital products. While this platform covers a lot, some advanced features feel limited when compared with other specialised tools out there in this space. Specifically, their design flexibility in Page builders and email templates are bit restrictive, and integration with 3rd party apps should be worked on, which is not as expensive. I like that Systeme- much like Shopify in its earlier incarnation, has a fairly simple UI. They also provide training courses and a big affiliate network. What do you dislike about Systeme.io? My issue is that most systems nowadays- consciously or unconsciously- are geared towards millenial and gen z (marketers). For everyone older the UI is only partially simple. For example the "sites" menu is not intuitive for me. I canceled my paid subscription for now, because I did not have the time to spend too much on my website, and my self employment is on hold. I find Systeme.io to be the best cost-effective way to send emails. The free forever plan with up to 2000 subscribers is super helpful, and it's easy to upgrade as more subscribers join. I appreciate the ready-made templates for creating landing pages, and the whole process is super simple with good user experience. The unlimited emails plan at $97 per month is something I don't think any other email service provides, making it affordable for startups. I really like Systeme.io because it makes it easy to set up sales funnels and build email lists for my digital products, all without any platform fees for product sales. The ability to fully customize sales funnels even on the free tier is a big plus. I appreciate their good dashboard and the wide range of elements it offers for building converting landing pages, letting me create landing pages that work well for my needs. Switching from Gumroad to Systeme.io was a great decision because Gumroad charged a 10% fee, whereas Systeme.io allows me to keep full ownership of my products and I receive 100% of my earnings after a minimal PayPal transaction fee. I found it very easy to create my first sales page and navigate the features, with some help from YouTube for connecting the payment gateway. Overall, it was easy to set up.
