But if you get beneath the surface, you quickly find that systeme.io is created by morons and maintained and supported by even bigger morons. **What do you dislike about Systeme.io?** Was moving my business to systeme.io - and then they refused to let me change my sender email address without submitting tax documents. This is not a joke - they really asked for more tax documentation than I needed to get the mortgage on my house. Here is the insanity: I had already verified that domain with systeme.io by adding a bunch of DNS records. And now they want my tax returns?!? To change the login email WITHIN THE SAME DOMAIN?!? No explanation, no alternative, no support. I've been building online businesses since the 1990s and have never encountered anything like this from a marketing platform. The support team is unhelpful, leaving problems unresolved for extended periods. For instance, there was a failure with Stripe integration that lasted a whole day, and a misleading 'recurring payment' message lingered incorrectly on payment forms for five days. Additionally, my customers experienced difficulties signing into the e-learning platform for two consecutive days without any clear communication on whether the issue was being addressed. They are still charging me and refuse a refund. I paid for an yearly subscription and for over 9 months already they have not completed the migration! Systeme is a SCAM! **What problems is Systeme.io solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is only causing problems. I was planning to use it as my main website + funnels. The team failed to migrate my website - over 9 months already and I'm unable to properly use the product. Refund was refused. ### 4. Email editor is outdated, doesn't support html, countdown timer and many other standard features. Page editor is clunky and making changes to the desktop page often messes up the mobile version of the page which shouldn't happen, so you are often forced to waste hours on fixing this. THere is nothing you cannot do for free that offers systeme.io if you´re on wordpress and know where to look for free resources ( that you should be anyways if you dound systeme.io) **What problems is Systeme.io solving and how is that benefiting you?** It should solve the problem of funneling leads, creating an email sequence to convert them into buyers ### 7.
