I appreciate that it's more than just a reporting tool; it allows me to manage user accounts effectively. The competitive pricing is an attractive benefit. The out-of-the-box reports are very helpful, and I also like the ability to customize views and reports. Additionally, it gives excellent, easy-to-read and analyze reports of permissions for SharePoint sites, something MS 365 lacks. Also, I can manage permissions without triggering email notifications to users or groups. **What do you dislike about Syskit Point?** It's difficult to know what the Governance plan offers compared to the Security plan we're on, and what the differences are. If we were a bigger organization, we would need to use PowerShell to handle more advanced needs that it doesn't have like bulk permission operations. **What problems is Syskit Point solving and how is that benefiting you?** Syskit Point provides easy-to-read reports of permissions for S`harePoint sites and manages user accounts without sending email notifications. It surpasses Microsoft's tools in handling permissions and is affordable and easy to set up. ### 2. The initial setup was also very easy. **What do you dislike about Syskit Point?** It can be flaky sometimes. A task you carry out today might fail tomorrow with no indication of what caused it. Access to more log information for errors with AI suggestions that advise on how to resolve the issue at hand would be helpful. **What problems is Syskit Point solving and how is that benefiting you?** Syskit Point provides a clearer view of data access and helps us comply with ISMS policies. For instance, we have more than adequate free space; however, our dashboard shows us as being over 100% of our free space consumed because it is also including our archived data in the total. **What problems is Syskit Point solving and how is that benefiting you?** Highlighting orphaned users and allowing their easy removal. Enabling the configuration of alerts for high-risk sites. Highlighting the overuse of overly permissive sharing links and making it simpler to remove them.
