SysInfo Mac Hotmail Backup Tool is a comprehensive email backup and migration solution designed for macOS users who want to securely download, export, and manage their Hotmail or Outlook.com mailbox data. Whether you need to create offline backups, migrate to another email platform, preserve important business communications, or maintain long-term email archives, the software provides a reliable and efficient solution. Built for individuals, business users, and IT professionals, it simplifies mailbox management while preserving the original structure and integrity of every email. The software allows users to securely connect to their Hotmail account using valid credentials and begin the backup process in just a few simple steps. After authentication, it scans the mailbox and displays all available folders, allowing users to back up the entire account or choose only selected folders. This flexibility makes the application suitable for personal mailboxes as well as organizations managing multiple email accounts. One of the major strengths of the application is its support for multiple export formats. Users can save Hotmail emails into widely accepted file formats such as PST, MBOX, EML, EMLX, MSG, PDF, HTML, CSV, TXT, DOC, DOCX, MHT, and other compatible formats. These export options ensure that mailbox data remains accessible through different email clients and document management systems while providing convenient offline access whenever required. In addition to local backup, the software supports direct migration to numerous cloud-based email services. Users can transfer Hotmail mailbox data to Gmail, Microsoft 365, Yahoo Mail, AOL, IMAP-supported email servers, Thunderbird, iCloud, and other supported platforms. This migration capability reduces manual effort while ensuring that mailbox content remains organized throughout the transfer process. Before starting any backup or migration operation, the application provides a built-in preview feature that enables users to review mailbox folders and email messages. Users can inspect sender details, recipient information, subject lines, timestamps, attachments, and message content before processing begins. This verification step helps ensure that only the required mailbox data is selected while minimizing the possibility of processing errors.
