Sysgraft joins the systems a UK wholesale or distribution business already runs (ERP, CRM and the rest), so anyone in the business can ask a question in plain English and get one answer drawn across all of them. It reads from your systems; it doesn't replace them. Every build starts with a paid discovery that produces a full specification, and goes live 10–14 days after sign-off. There's no upfront development fee: a monthly subscription of £250–£1,295 by turnover band, on a 36-month minimum term, with monitoring and maintenance included. Sysgraft owns the platform and the bespoke modules; if you leave, your data comes back in full and access ends, at an exit cost published before you sign. Sysgraft is for UK wholesale and distribution businesses turning over £2m–£20m. Its three customers are Orthene Chemicals, Holemaker Technology and Foremost Pro.
