It gives me confidence that I can delete old users when I am no longer wanting to keep them archived as a user. It's super easy to integrate, all you do is enable it, nothing else. **What do you dislike about SysCloud?** The navigation on the dashboard takes some getting used to. **What problems is SysCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** It allows me to delete the users from workspace, either I have to keep them as active users which is a seat fee, or even an archived user which is also at a fee. Long term it is wasteful spending, when SysCloud already is keeping a back up of the contents. If i really need access to them I can restore it. ### 2. It is a superior service to Backupify in every way. Customer support is fantastic, and it was so easy to integrate with our G Suite. **What do you dislike about SysCloud?** I wish I had known about it sooner, learned about it on a listserv where people were complaining about Backupify and someone had discovered SysCloud and recommended it. **What problems is SysCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** Redundant backups of all of our cloud data! ### 4. A few months ago I had to retrieve a video from a google drive. The owner of the drive was no longer with the district. The file I needed was from 2021. I used syscloud and found the video file I needed and we were able to use it in an upcoming court case. Without Syscloud I would not have been able to get the file. Thanks Syscloud! **What do you dislike about SysCloud?** The retrieval of items a few years old can take 24 hours or so...but honestly that is better than not being able to retireve the file at all. **What problems is SysCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** Syscloud solves the issue of retrieval of information that has been removed from the Google Drive accounts of users. If a user deletes a file it is in google drive for 30 days, but it will remain in a syslcould backup. I am looking forward to the new features beinng offered that increases the Cyber Secuirty posture of our google backups. ### 5. It really helps with staff off-boarding and on-boarding when shared files are not transferred correctly. ### 6. The restores have always worked well when needed. We use the Google Workspace part and it's very granular and great integration. **What do you dislike about SysCloud?** Really nothing. It just sits there and works. When you do need it. it just works. **What problems is SysCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** It solves the SAS Backup of Google Workspace. Easy to do restores when needed. Simple setup and it just works. ### 7. On the app side, backing up Google Workspace is simple to do and the options are great. **What do you dislike about SysCloud?** The process to go through to not be charged sales tax was not as streamlined as I would have liked. I didn't take that into accont and let my trial get to close to expiration before realizing I needed help. Pretty much my fault but it would be nice if the ability to provide proof of not for profit status could be done during checkout. **What problems is SysCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** Providing peace of mind and the ability to protect from human error or worse with our organizations data. ### 8. I can access the content directly on the Syscloud platform instead of downloading the email or drive. We can preview the subject of the documents. Easy search feature is available. **What do you dislike about SysCloud?** It would be great if an incremental backup is applied for twice or thrice a day instead once a day as we lose an email if the user permanently deletes it once they receive it. We do have Google vault in place , still this feature if added would be useful. **What problems is SysCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** Google sites. Syscloud introduced new update which will allow the new sites to backup. We are goinf to check out whether this feature works. ### 9. We're currently using it to help backup our M365 environment and the ability to export/restore anything from a single file to an entire account is amazing. Support is quick and helpful, I have no complaints and our rep Brandon is great. **What do you dislike about SysCloud?** Nothing that comes to mind, so far everything has worked great and as intended. **What problems is SysCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** Additional backup for our M365 users, it backs up Outlook, Teams, SharePoint & OneDrive. ### 11.
