I'm Felipe Chaparro, and I run SYSBILT from Stanmore in Sydney. I work with Australian service businesses that are growing faster than their admin can keep up: trades, construction, security and professional services. Most of the owners I talk to have the same problem. Leads come in by phone, form and email, then get lost in inboxes, spreadsheets and sticky notes. Quotes go out late, invoices get chased by hand, and the owner is the only one who knows where anything is. I fix that one connected piece at a time: - Websites built to capture enquiries, fast and not on WordPress. - CRM setup, usually HubSpot, so every lead has an owner and a next step. - Automation between the tools you already pay for, like Xero, Stripe and your CRM, using Make.com, Zapier or n8n. - AI assistants that answer and qualify enquiries, with a person approving anything customer facing. - Dashboards that show revenue, pipeline and margin on one screen. - Training so your team actually uses what gets built. My rule is simple: machines do the mechanical steps, people keep the judgment calls. Every build is documented so you can run it without calling me every week.
