**What do you like best about SynXis Central Reservations?**

Its runs very smoothly and manage bulk reservations at once can easily make corrections in exosting reservations and cancellation process is very easy as well

**What do you dislike about SynXis Central Reservations?**

Sometimes it get crashed and when you don't clear cache it doesn't load the page and also system get crashed often and also takes few minutes to show up the reservations in other gds should be show instantly

**What problems is SynXis Central Reservations solving and how is that benefiting you?**

You can make number of reservations in few minutes that is a time savour all the information about the properties at fingertips on the system guest profile of regular guest is there to save you from filling all the details manually

**What do you like best about SynXis Central Reservations?**

I have used synxix for almost 5 years and it has been a great tool with many features. The customer support is also very helpful  and they make sure the hotels are always using the software to its full capacity.

**What do you dislike about SynXis Central Reservations?**

Some features are difficult for a new comer to handle. Need to be more intutive.

**What problems is SynXis Central Reservations solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Online Booking from the hotel website via there Booking Engine.

Ease of access on needed module. But you just need to familiarize yourself otherwise its easy.

**What do you dislike about SynXis Central Reservations?**

Intergration with Opera system. There should be an option to retrigger failed booking from Synxis to Opera -for free.

**What problems is SynXis Central Reservations solving and how is that benefiting you?**

interface between Synxis and Opera. There should be an option to retrigger sending it to opera.
