I dislike that I can't put all of the widgets I want to view on one page. Some of the visualizations, while interesting are not insightful or intuitive. (i.e. Psychographics, Ecosystem). There are a ton of "social sentiment" tools out there, but the vast majority seem to just offer simple natural-language processing capabilities, and want you to spoon feed them your data one tweet at a time in order to measure sentiment. Synthesio made the cut for our project because it goes several steps further and collects/interprets social data en mass, and offers a simple interface where I can say "this date, this topic, what were people saying?" and get some pre-cooked metrics quickly. My impression is that most emphasis from "the pitch" over several phone calls seemed to be on web interface and how it allowed manual exploration of data, which is fine if I'm a social media monitor, but as a developer and data scientist I need to be able to pull data down and run analysis against my own data sources.
