**What do you like best about Infer?**

The best thing about Synth is its comprehensive approach to meeting management. It not only transcribes and translates all our calls but also analyzes them for actionable insights. As someone who manages account-based marketing for various clients, it's a godsend to have a tool that can capture and store all the important details from these calls. Moreover, Synth's ability to provide instantaneous insights via Slack and the auto-summary feature for meetings have added significant value to our daily operations.

The team seems to be constantly working on updates and improvements, which is reassuring.

  ### 5. Make life simple

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ribhav D. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 25, 2023

**What do you like best about Infer?**

Synth is easy to use and latches on to my work calls on google meet very smoothly. It gives me a quick summary and actionable items that I share with others who were on call. My clients especially are very impressed whenever I share a summary immediately after a call given that there are actionable items that come of it and they dont have to send me a mail following up with their requests.

**What do you dislike about Infer?**

It has sometimes given me actionable items unclearly. And in older versions I had problems to work on zoom, but it is working perfectly fine now. I do want to se e more features come out and the platform to expand.

**What problems is Infer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Synth is actively making my work calls easier to manage by providing me with summaries and actionable tasks. It makes it easy to extend tasks to my team and extend deliverables to my clients- in an impressive, clear and concise way.

Happy to be an active subscriber. Also very excited to see what features come out next.

4. for google meet the transcription starts automatically and summary pops up automatically after the meeting
5. can do a global search when i forget the name of the meeting i am trying to find, i can search using the content i discussed

**What do you dislike about Infer?**

1. It would be good if it reduces the lag time in summary generation
2. At times it makes erratic summaries (probably the AI is evolving)
3. It does not understand who is the speaker for Zoom and teams

**What problems is Infer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

work meetings, sales meetings, user research, saving time by reducing manual notes work needed, having a faster turn around time for sending a followup email after the call
