Instead of charging per seat, it prices per team: Solo is $6 a month for one person, Team 5 is $27 a month flat for up to five people, and Team 10 is $35 a month flat for up to ten. Every plan starts with a 15-day free trial and no credit card is required. At its core, SynqSlot gives every host a booking page and one link per meeting type. Invitees pick a time that respects the host's connected Google Calendar, Outlook/Microsoft 365 or Apple Calendar, plus buffers, minimum notice and daily limits. Each booking creates a calendar event, adds a Zoom, Google Meet or Microsoft Teams link automatically, and sends confirmations and reminders in both the host's and the invitee's time zone. Invitees can reschedule or cancel from the email, and the host's calendar is updated on every change. Teams get the features that usually sit two tiers up on per-seat tools, included at no extra cost: round-robin and weighted distribution so leads are spread fairly across reps, routing forms that ask a few qualifying questions and send each visitor to the right person or booking link, and collective (panel) scheduling that intersects several interviewers' calendars so a whole interview panel is booked in one pick. Reschedule limits and no-show protection (invitees are asked to reconfirm before the meeting, and the slot is released if they don't) keep calendars honest. SynqSlot also includes an embeddable scheduling widget that renders on the server and works without JavaScript, so the first available times are in the page HTML on WordPress, Webflow, Squarespace, Framer, Notion or plain HTML sites. Branding can be removed on every plan. Single-use links stop working after one booking, so a forwarded link cannot be reused. Around the meeting, SynqSlot keeps a contact history with meeting outcomes, automations for confirmation, reminder and follow-up emails, and an Insights view with completion rate, no-show rate, busiest hours and top contacts. Integrations include HubSpot, Salesforce, Slack, Microsoft Teams notifications, Mailchimp, Constant Contact and outbound webhooks. A Calendly and Cal.com importer brings existing event types across with a preview before anything is created. Ask Synq, a voice and text assistant, lets hosts say "book a 30-minute call with Sarah next Tuesday at 2" and reviews the details with them before anything is created, and can move or cancel meetings the same way.
