Regarding Synology Active Backup Suite for Mac, there is much potential to improve the solution.

Synology Active back up suite is the best solution for a small/medium size company as it is very easy to use and install. I managed to set up the back ups in all computers, including the server, and didn´t need the help of any technical consultant. Besides, I hired c2 to duplicate the Backup in the Cloud, making it safer. The cost is very low compared to its competitors, which is a another great advantage. Those who do want extra money in order to purchase or subscribe to the reporting option. There aren't many user manuals or materials available for advanced users of the product. Synology ought to create additional YouTube user manuals for knowledgeable ABB users.More DSM settings are required for the backup folder, and documentation on backup compression is lacking.
