Synoiko is an online platform for property management offices that manage apartment buildings and shared building expenses in Greece. It brings buildings, apartments, residents and daily office tasks into one workspace. Management teams can prepare common expense statements and resident notices, track outstanding balances and recorded payments, and keep related documents organized. Building, apartment and occupancy records connect people with the properties they own or live in. Residents can access the information and documents made available to them, while office teams organize access through defined roles. Synoiko also helps teams follow maintenance requests, with status updates and a record of progress. The platform runs in a web browser and supports Greek and English. Online common expense payments depend on an active, supported payment provider connection for the management office. Synoiko does not hold residents’ common expense funds. Features and limits depend on the selected subscription.
