They are very easy to get a hold of, and their enthusiasm for helping small facilities like mine is really palpable. There are a lot of features that we really haven't exploited yet but the document management system was such an asset during our last state inspection. **What do you dislike about Synkwise?** For now the model documents are really set up for just a few states in the Pacific Northwest, but this will increase over time as Synkwise spreads to more areas of the country. The system gives you the flexibility to customize everything and create your own forms, so this is really not a major inconvenience. **What problems is Synkwise solving and how is that benefiting you?** Keeping track of the multitude of resident, employee, and State documents in order to remian in compliance. The task manager also helps to ensure consistent care across all shifts and employees. We are also looking forward to the HIPAA-compliant faxing being released soon in the next update. ### 2. Stay compliant, serve your residents well, and simplify tasks for caregivers. This software helps you track resident information, facility information, and even employee information! Built from the ground up by people actually working in AFHs makes a huge difference. **What do you dislike about Synkwise?** Price is good. Features are great. Works on computer, tablet, and phone... There are aspects that could improve, but I can't say I really dislike anything that it offers. **What problems is Synkwise solving and how is that benefiting you?** Medication tracking, ADLs, employee document tracking ### 3. There is a way to build forms, which is great. I love that I can do my assessments in the program. **What do you dislike about Synkwise?** There isn't really anything I don't like about it. I would love it if they could develop a module specific to nurse delegators in Washington. **What problems is Synkwise solving and how is that benefiting you?** Synkwise is helping to bridge the communication gap between nurse delegation providers and the adult family home, helping us work more efficiently together. ### 4. Support is Top Notch! We looked at various products, and many were not user-friendly. I can't say enough good things about this product! **What do you dislike about Synkwise?** I can't say there are any downsides. The only thing I am hoping for soon is scanning capabilities with our med system and employee scheduling, but I know those are in their plans! **What problems is Synkwise solving and how is that benefiting you?** Ensure all resident records and staff records are accessible regardless of location. Eliminate paper usage! Additionally, the faxing function integrated into the system has revolutionized our operations! ### 5. I've been using it for my adult family home for approximately a year. I would not choose any other platform not only is the team extremely responsive to any of my questions, or suggestions, they actually put them into effect if appropriate. I haven't even begin to chip away at the plethora of benefits that Synkwise has and I still would recommend it 100% to all of my AFH colleagues. **What do you dislike about Synkwise?** Nothing; they personally address any questions or concerns I have **What problems is Synkwise solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use Synwkise for the EHR for my AFH. It assists with business management, client records and employee records. ### 6. We now spend more time with our residents and less on paperwork. **What do you dislike about Synkwise?** Nothing. You can really tell the designers understand how an assisted living facility works and how to ease our biggest headaches. **What problems is Synkwise solving and how is that benefiting you?** The program sets up our medications right from the pharmacy which eliminates data entry errors.
