Synkro Facturación IA reads your supplier invoices with AI and turns them into accounting entries ready for your accounting software. Upload PDFs or photos one by one or a whole month at once: Synkro splits PDFs that contain several invoices, discards pages that are not invoices, and extracts supplier, tax ID (CIF/NIF), invoice number, dates, tax bases, VAT breakdown, withholding tax (IRPF) and due dates. Every field is linked to the box it was read from in the original document, so you can check it at a glance and correct anything before exporting. Each invoice becomes a balanced accounting entry and is exported in the import format of the main Spanish accounting programs: NCS Contabilidad, ContaPlus, ContaSOL, Sage 50 and Holded, plus an Excel invoice register for any other program (A3 included). It detects duplicates, learns your suppliers and their accounts, and supports intra-EU and reverse-charge invoices. Built for freelancers, SMEs and accounting firms (multi-company folders, up to 50 companies). Documents are processed in EU data centres (GDPR). Free plan with 10 invoices per month; paid plans from €29/month.
