Operating since 2016, SynkPay becomes the legal employer for your India hires and runs the entire employment lifecycle: compliant employment contracts, monthly payroll in INR, and every statutory filing and contribution — EPF, ESI, professional tax, TDS, gratuity, and statutory bonus — plus onboarding, leave management, and offboarding. Pricing is a flat $349 per employee per month, with no setup fee, no salary tiers, no country surcharges, and no salary deposit. Optional recruitment (12% of annual salary on a successful placement), background verification, and HR outsourcing are available as separate services. SynkPay is built for startups, scale-ups, and global teams that want a dedicated India specialist rather than a generalist global platform.
