It builds a company memory from the documents, emails and calendar you open to it, then embodies that knowledge in autonomous agents: you hand over a mission in plain language, and the agent carries it through to the end. What it changes day to day: Nothing to re-explain. The company context is already there, shared by every agent. Ask what price was agreed with a client last year and the answer comes from your own documents, not from a guess. Nothing to assemble. There is no scenario to build, no infrastructure to set up, no orchestrator to develop and no model to host. No technical team is required. It learns your way of working. Your methods, your tone, your rules. A correction you make today becomes a reflex on the missions that follow. It acts, then hands the decision back. Syniaps sends, files, publishes, follows up and drafts, and it can build and host the application you are missing. But every action that commits the company, sending, publishing, deploying or spending, goes through an explicit human approval. You are never surprised by what it did. The AI engine stays your choice. Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini and others are interchangeable at any time. Your memory, your connections and your automations do not depend on the provider and survive a change of engine. Connections: email, calendar, OneDrive, SharePoint, Google Drive and Dropbox, plus a catalogue of more than 7,500 connectors. For software that offers no interface for other programs, Syniaps learns to act directly on the website. Data: memory and files are hosted in France and partitioned per company, and they are never used to train a model. Requests are processed by the model provider the company has chosen, whose infrastructure may sit outside the European Union; the detail is set out in the privacy policy.
