"Easy to Use and Navigate for Daily Attendance Tracking"

What do you like best about Synerion Enterprise?

I like that it is easy to use and navigate on a daily basis. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Synerion Enterprise?

Not being able to hit ‘Enter’ after typing an employee name in Attendance slows the process down. There are also too many reports and multiple modules that perform the same function. For example, job code changes can be made in both Core HR and the Admin module. It would be more efficient to have a single-entry point for these tasks. In addition, there is very limited training available, which makes it difficult for new users to learn the system and troubleshoot issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Synerion Enterprise solving and how is that benefiting you?

Synerion Enterprise helps streamline employee timekeeping and attendance tracking. The badge clocking feature makes it easy for employees to clock in and out quickly and accurately, which reduces missed punches and timecard errors. It also helps supervisors and payroll staff track attendance, review hours worked, and process payroll more efficiently. Having employee time, schedules, and attendance information in one system improves accountability and saves time compared to manual tracking methods. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Fast, Expert Support and Easy High-Volume Approvals"

What do you like best about Synerion Enterprise?

The helpful advice from a qualified team. The reply to any issue is within a day or 2 and the problem is always resolved.

The ease at which I can quickly approve almost 1000 allocations every two weeks helps greatly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Synerion Enterprise?

Sometimes unsure of why errors in timecards are occuring - looks good on my end but won't save in the program. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Synerion Enterprise solving and how is that benefiting you?

Time management for the team that has to do all the approvals. We are a bit of an anomoly as a business - as our team may have several different providers to allocate under in a single day. What do you like best about Synerion Enterprise?

The team we deal with at Synerion are amazing! Everyone knows the system well and are very helpful with any issues we were having. The employees seem to enjoy their work, and it really shows through in their level of customer service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Synerion Enterprise?

We find Synerion to be too complex for our company's needs. We use ADP for our payroll platform, and due to specific scheduling needs, we were sold Synerion as our Time and Attendance module. Our Managers find it difficult to schedule staff correctly and approve shifts and absences. We were under the impression that the two systems would work seamlessly, but we have had payroll errors due to having to manually take the information from one application to the other. Our system was not set up to automatically have the payroll files sent to ADP so there was more room for error. There is a lot of manual checking in Synerion, which was something we were trying to avoid with a new system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
