We do like the functionality of the search engine. However, a legend with the wildcards would be very helpful. Especially, to those who use the system less often. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Synergis Adept? I seem to be hearing a lot about the software as of late. In a recent incendent, we needed prints for emergency work and were not able to access them. This being a contributing factor to a nearly sitewide shutdown. Consensus at the plant is that we were in a much better position prior to the upgrade. The new viewer has caused some fits. Printing is always an issue I hear from users. As you already know, the viewer is very sluggish and takes a considerable amount of time to open with the first file. Sometimes our drawings don’t open at all. See below example. We like adept and the way our employees are utilizing to complete work. We appreciate some of the fixes that were done during the upgrade especially the Plot.
