i was grandfathered into a Document management position at Toray and didn't know a thing about Adept until i was hired . I have a gift of being able to pick up and learn software so i wasn't worried. Everything from the Adept experience, the help desk, and my first System Upgrade these folks are top notch with customer service . they really want you to succeed. We recently in 2025 finished the install of our custom plugin and charlie and his team have been great to work with . Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
i guess the only Dislikes are a few system limitations. Its a document management software and at Toray we try to use it and make it do things it was designed for. the viewer is another dislike however iv'e heard in 2025 release that is changing. The viewer curently doesn't have a option to print straight to a printer. I think once you learn the system there isn't a whole lot of dislikes. If you asked someone that doesn't understand the system there maybe more dislikes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
