The usability and customization on Syndigo are straightforward, especially when there are multiple products needed for EBC. I also enjoy the friendly support team that answers my questions quickly and with detail whenever I submit a ticket. I am happy to receive the same support members because they come to know the help I need for my products. I use Syndigo often for updating my products, as well as adding new ones. The only "dislike" is that when the platform interface was recently updated I was unaware and had to figure out where everything was again. It would have been helpful to receive a notice about the change as well as a guide to show where the features are now located. The first integration was the most challenging since this system represented a paradigm shift. What I like least is the user interface UI, as it can be somewhat confusing for first-time users. The interface contains many buttons and features that aren’t used today in our company, which causes confusion and creates a navigation experience that isn’t ideal for those seeking ease and speed.
