"The Syndigo Experience IS AWESOME"

What do you like best about Syndigo?

The initial training was fantastic. During the process of creating the catalog content, I made several newbie blunders. The support staff was quick to respond and resolve any issues I encountered. They were also a great asset between our Retail Customers and us. They worked with all 3 parties (us, Retailer, product) to achieve success, never "passing the buck" or referring us back to the retailer. Amazing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Syndigo?

The bulk CSV upload was initially overwhelming however, the technical team (Courtney Reilly) was awesome at explaining every aspect of the process and content. Once I understood this, the process was simple, easy to use, and effective. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Syndigo solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are quickly solving several previously problematic situations as a result of using the Syndigo Hub. Adding new product images and attributes, updating SKU name changes, updating packaging and product corrections are now done with ease. Again, the Sydigo product AND the Syndigo team provide an excellent bridge between our marketing staff and our Retailers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Syndigo?

Syndigo is great for building enhanced content for our retail partners. It is easy to use and fast to publish onsite. We are able to get multiple logins for our team and the breadth of retailers that accept this is great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Syndigo?

Sometimes the tool can be glitchy. It can take a few days for the content to show up onsite. The customer support is usually helpful to fix these issues. It would also be helpful if you could search by URL in the tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We tried to sign on with Syndigo for their Amazon API. We signed the contract with them. We then spent a lot of time trying to get onboarded to find out they DONT have our product category integrated with Syndigo. After hours spent with their support team and account manager we got no where. We requested a refund and after saying there were going to refund us. After multiple attempts of following up they completely ghosted us. Bad business. Better off using a different software and company Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Syndigo?

Our product readiness score is 100%, but it also shows that we're "missing required taxonomy" for all of our items. Every time I look for the missing required taxonomy, I'm unable to see what's missing. I'm unable to determine if our recipients are not subscribing to our data because of this. They are good to sell it at an amazingly high price, especially vs. other platforms.

Once installed, never works fine, some products never uploaded despite sending info numerous time and following it numerous times...

What do you like best about Syndigo?

Our partnership with Riversand has been extremely productive. We were one of the earliest customers to buy the Ascend offering. We were blown away by the speed with which we were able to proceed. Instead of a prolonged implementation, we went live within one week of signing with the help of the out-of-the-box solution. We worked with Riversand to build the BigCommerce connector which is now available on the Riversand App Marketplace. With this app, we were the first Riversand customer to be onboarded on the BigCommerce marketplace. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Syndigo?

What problems is Syndigo solving and how is that benefiting you?

I am trying to tell a story to consumers through our enriched content displayed on our retailer product pages. I like looking at the analytics within the CXH platform because it helps me improve specific modules that consumers might not be engaging with on the product pages. What do you like best about Syndigo?

Ease of DataModel creation and modification. System configuration, hierarchy, entity relationships, etc. are all very easy to create. When changes are required, they are straight forward and easy to do, either in-house or with the assistance of Riversand Support. Recently upgraded to the latest version of Riversand MDM, and seeing vast improvements in the UI, data model and hierarchies. API calls much improved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Syndigo?

Latest version has some limitations out of the box that require customization for attributes and nested attributes. Currently working with Riversand support however to resolve these. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
