The platform itself is powerful and has allowed us to be proactive in syndicating to our retail partners, rather than reactive. Where before we were responding to requests as they came in, with different spreadsheets and digital asset requirements to adapt to, we've been able to get ahead and syndicate from one place, using Syndigo as our single source of truth. Our onboarding process felt a bit truncated, we would have appreciated a bit more guidance when first coming on to use the platform, and/or more resources in one place (we received a lot in various emails and links) that would help get a stronger sense of navigating use and getting our assets aligned to one standard, in one go. I've been emailing Dawn and Myrna several times a day for a while, and they always respond super quickly. And they're always happy to help out with any investigating issues. I really enjoy working with both of them. Secondly, the Syndigo tool that we use looks really great on our site: They can host images, videos, graphics, etc. And they do a nice job of splitting up large amounts of text with images, so everything is easier to look at and to read.
