**What do you like best about Syncsort MFX?**

It works great, fairly easy to install and use.

**What do you dislike about Syncsort MFX?**

Requires IPL to complete installation. 
Not fully compatible with DFsort
Syntax is not exactly user friendly

**What problems is Syncsort MFX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sort and merge
Copying files 
Simple reports
Data transformation

**What do you like best about Syncsort MFX?**

The experience has been very good. It helped in increasing the efficiency  of our mainframe codes. Particularly in sort , copy and join, it helped so much.

**What do you dislike about Syncsort MFX?**

There should have been a batter manual for easy and quick reading and getting help. There should be a video to help on the features and codes.

**Recommendations to others considering Syncsort MFX:**

I recommend this to anyone who uses jcl.

Mostly sort in jcl
