Syncrofy allows our business users to get simple EDI answers on their own. In addition, Syncrofy has been a great tool for myself (EDI team) due to the document correlation features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Syncrofy does have a few limitations when handling all document types that flow through EDI.

1. EDIFACT is a big part of our global EDI business - mainly in Europe, but still a decent percentage in the US.

2. There are several internal app-to-app transactions that are non-EDI in nature. It would be great to get visibility to these internal transactions through Syncrofy.

3. We key off location codes when routing data to/from our backend ERPs. We would benefit from more robust searching/filtering related to address location codes (N104 field). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Business users have the ability to answer EDI questions without involving the IT group. Tracing the full order lifecycle is very easy using document correlation and the timeline view. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like being able to create reports and export them out. We get alot of requests for certain informaiton and that makes it easier to send out Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
