Syncro offers many different services to make it easier for dealing with customers as an MSP from RMM solutions and PSA tools available which is great for automation improvement Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Syncro? The only downside I have with Syncro is that it doesn't support gocardless with billing customers and only offers stripe. Syncro is great for small MSPs, since it offers unlimited RMM agents for the flat rate/per user charge. It is nice to have a ticketing and RMM combined in a single platform, similar to Atera. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Syncro? Management seems to have given up. The quality of their support became abysmal around mid 2020. The user interface looks and operates like it is from 2005. They rarely release new features anymore, which used to be a significant selling point. They have significant technical debt and failed to remediate this quickly enough, leaving product users to suffer. They are migrating to AWS from another platform to fix these issues, but this should have been done long ago. This has led to unplanned outages and failed product updates requiring them to rollbacks. Thank you for taking the time to leave an honest review. I’m sorry you feel disappointed in Syncro’s management. We’ve been hunkering down on fixing the issues you’ve surfaced. We hired a UI designer this year to revamp the look and feel of our platform so that it’s easier to navigate and find what you’re looking for, and overall more intuitive and aesthetically pleasing. Our support team has been working hard to offer a consistent 24/5 support experience for the first time. We also launched a “known issues board” (https://community.syncromsp.com/c/known-issues) on our community forum to help diagnose and communicate resolutions to issues quicker. We transitioned from launching new smaller features each week to focus on larger features. We also typically release enhancements bi-weekly.
