Syncro Connect is cloud time and attendance software for UK employers, made by Computime, a Leeds company that has supplied clocking systems since 1989 and works with more than 800 customers. Clocking in. Staff clock in and out on a wall-mounted terminal, a shared tablet kiosk or their own phone. The mobile app can record the location of each clocking, which suits mobile workers, engineers and staff split across several sites. Fingerprint, face and card terminals are available. Hours and payroll. Worked hours, overtime and lateness are calculated automatically and exported for Sage, Pegasus or QuickBooks payroll, so hours are not keyed in again. Holiday and absence. Employees request holiday and report sickness in the app. Managers approve requests against a shared calendar, and entitlement is worked out automatically, including for part-time staff. Absence is held on the same staff record, so patterns are visible without a separate spreadsheet. Add-on modules work from the same employee list: a live fire roll call list for marshals, visitor sign-in at reception, door access control and HR records. Pricing starts at £2 per employee per month excluding VAT, with no minimum number of employees. Data is hosted in the UK, and support comes from the Computime team in Leeds by phone, email and support ticket, Monday to Friday. Syncro Connect is used by manufacturers, warehouses, care and medical providers, schools, retailers, hospitality businesses and construction firms.
