Videoly provides detailed videos of products to help the consumer make their buying decision online. We’ve seen both conversions and time spent on our site increase since we took Videoly into use.

The setup process was very simple. I didn’t have to do anything really, Videoly’s team took care of it. After a few short online meetings on for example what categories we wanted to focus on first, and a quick copy paste of a code, the service started to feed videos to our site.

They also have an extremely easy to use interface and dashboard. You can quickly see data on what’s happening with the videos and you have full control over the content. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

With COVID I haven’t used so much time on it as I would have wanted to so it’s hard to say (on the other hand the beauty of the service is that you don’t need to use any time on it, it just works).

Some of the videos might be more general, for example about the features of the product. But it’s also easy to control the content from the user interface.

Videoly’s solution was very easy to set up and didn’t require much work from our team. The videos are extremely user-friendly and 98% of the product videos are relevant to our products. We A/B tested the solution on our website during the first month by uploading videos to a certain amount of our products, whilst leaving the same number of products without videos.
