Easy video distribution world wide **Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Sari L. | Marketing Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** July 02, 2024 **What do you like best about Syncle?** We use Videoly at 7 countries at the moment (Nordics & Baltics), which means that we maintain 7 language versions of each product videos in the Videoly platform. Now our local video distribution is automated and makes life so much easier. Free Quick Connect feature has also enabled us to offer this digital soltuions to customers, who does not yet have Vidoely in use but would like to share our videos at their product pages more easily. **What do you dislike about Syncle?** Some of the KPI dashboard filtering options could work more agile way, but Videoly is already developing then, so looking forward that improvement. **What problems is Syncle solving and how is that benefiting you?** When new videos are uploaded or existing videos are updated, our customers will get them automatically. We don't need to send links or original files manually and we save time. It also makes our customers satisfied. ### 2. The fact that it ’does what it says on the tin’ in terms of being maintenance free. It doesn’t need any additional input – it just works in the background. Sometimes people with these solutions promise things that are automated or self sustaining or don’t need input, but in real life it’s not that simple. Whereby Videoly was not only implemented quickly, but – with the exception of one or two small things that we pointed out – was truly hands off. It just worked. It’s also worth calling out that the implementation process for really smooth and straightforward. Normally, we wouldn’t have implemented that late int he season, but it was a risk worth taking. **What do you dislike about Syncle?** Coverage didn’t get as high as expected. We’re at about 18% about nine months on. I hoped we’d get better coverage than that and we might in due course. I know we wont’ get to 100% - that’s not my expectation. But it feels like the coverage rate has plateaud a bit over time. **What problems is Syncle solving and how is that benefiting you?** We had our CRO guys do a reasonably comprehensive analysis of the uplift. It’s on the basis of that increase in uplift that we were then comfortable to continue on after the trial. The most important metric for us is the profitability of the engagement and on that basis it was successful. Even within the first six months! I don’t think we could cost-effectively replicate what you’re doing manually. We had a mechanism in place, but our coverage was down to maybe 100 SKUs. You guys were able to fill this gap for us. That’s why I think Videoly will continue to be a good solution for us, because there is no way to cost-effectively replicate that ongoing addition of videos and maintenance – such as checking that videos are live and there are no dead links. ### 3. We improve product information by providing enhanced clarity for the customer through video content. **What do you dislike about Syncle?** Nothing really. From what I have seen so far, I have nothing to complain about yet. **What problems is Syncle solving and how is that benefiting you?** Manual video management is not feasible and, therefore, not an option for us. In Videoly’s analytics, we see that our customers are staying on our site longer and that they are enjoying the videos. ### 4. We could add some videos ourselves, but Videoly has been a great option to help us find all video content available for our product assortment. **What do you dislike about Syncle?** The widget doesn’t have the best appearance and loading time can sometimes be slow.
