I have found almost every control that i needed for my project and the documentation enables you to use it very easily. **What do you dislike about Essential Studio?** There is not something that i dislike about Syncfusion Essential Studio Enterprise Edition. The only problem that I have encountered while developing is that sometime the function that I need is not implemented natively and so I need to create it or I have to contact the customer support, which can also provide the solution. **What problems is Essential Studio solving and how is that benefiting you?** I'm using Blazor for a project and some controls that i need (DataGrid, Autocomplete, ..) are not avaible natively in the framework. Every time that I need to look up something there is a lot of friction. If I need to know more about a class property or method it is like pulling teeth to find it. Their support team is responsive and upto the task. They have a comprehensive list of components and you are unlikely to need a component they don't have. Sample applications are well structured and helpful in putting together an application based on their components . For smaller organisation they have a community license much like visual studio's community license. **What do you dislike about Essential Studio?** The Blazor components are not yet mature and stable, documentation is not always up to date but to be fair Blazor is fairly new and I doubt there are stable components out there. **What problems is Essential Studio solving and how is that benefiting you?** User interfaces can be costly and time-consuming to design and develop from scratch, resources are best spent on building features to satisfy business requirements. This is where components suits like Syncfusion come in, high-level components you can put together to develop a powerful and functional user interface. ### 8. In every case that I had any issue, it has always been resolved quickly with very helpful examples if necessary. **What do you dislike about Essential Studio?** I think that sometimes controls are released (maybe this is just on the Xamarin forms controls) without being fully tested. Of course with a controls suite as large as they have there are some bugs i discover from time to time. I make a ticket and a support agent either helps me identify the proper usage of a control, a work around or submit that bug for update in their next weekly update. **What problems is Essential Studio solving and how is that benefiting you?** Many of our applications require some form of data collection. Therefore, the main purpose for using syncfusion controls in the first place was for their expansive charting library to help realize these data visualization goals. If during implementation a bug has been found or something not easily attained via documentation, someone has been readily available to assist.
