The WPF library contains an extensive collection of useful and functional controls. The documentation of control usage and implementation is excellent. Customer service is generally highly responsive and addresses the root issues of our problems.

A handful of the WPF features don't have the exact functionality I would like. It's also difficult to "override" portions of the look and feel of Syncfusion WPF elements to maintain consistency with the rest of our product.

Our WPF application requires highly reactive and sleek user controls. Our own resources and capabilities limit what we're able to create ourselves or find online through open-source projects, and Syncfusion's WPF offering nicely supplements our product.

I like the extensive documentation that covers most of the use cases of each component. Also the API guide is very descriptive and to the point at the same time. The tech support is so responsive, and helpful.

I would love to see more community collaboration about syncfusion in terms of tutorials that target some rare or complex use cases.

For example:

Stop the stepper from moving forward when click on a step.

It's a complete UI components framework. Using it saved me a lot of time and efforts.

The most helpful things are the documentation and support staff. With the help of the support staff to respond in a reasonable timeframe and point you in the right direction, having a good look at the documentation solved most of my problems. Any areas I found needing clarification the help desk assisted me with those. I will definitely be using this product again.

I wish live support was extended to community license holders.

I needed to integrate a database with a grid component in order to efficiently allow my users to analyze and query data.

Syncfusion has an amazing react library with a lot of great component, including a fantastic PDF Viewer.

It's the only PDF Viewer that I've been able use, hassle free, full fledged, immediately.

The PDF Viewer component comes with all the functionality I could wish, fully customizable. When compared to other commercial products, the number of features is amazing and complete. I've found all I needed.

For integrating these componets, the documentation, examples, code snippets are covering a wide array of use cases; the code and documentation are written by people who used these components in actual products. Haven't used Customer Support yet: I raised a ticket but found all the information in the documentation. Easy to implement.

Cherry on top is that the Community License allows you to start hassle free.

I haven't found any yet. Apparently I even have access to support for the free Community LIcense.

Examples are often identical so that special things have to be searched for in the documentation itself

I use the Scheduler the most. It has a lot of functions that already work and I just adapt them to my logic

One of the more appealing features of Syncfusion's components is that there is not only a variety, but there are components available that aren't available elsewhere. They're updated very regularly (weekly) and they come with good (to great) documentation. The few times i had to interact with support, supuport was fast, within 24/48 hours.

I haven't encountered downside, perhaps if i have to name one, it is the learning curve that comes with the adoption of new components.

Some components, simply aren't available elsewhere, or have features that others don't. The library is also more complete that others, so i can rely on 1 library, instead of several.

Support and documentation of their suite is excellent. The controls are rich and out-of-the box functionality covers a wide array of use-cases for a typical LOB application.

Custom scenarios require a little more effort to work through, but the support and code examples will get you over the hump of adding a rich and customized experience.

Creating a good user experience with limited developer time was the goal of leveraging the UI components from Syncfusion. It definitely helped in that capacity.

I have the impression, that for the . Net Maui Controls long time stability is not in the focus. It would be good to have e.g. a closer look to memory-leaks.

The . Net Maui Controls realize a lot of needed functionality for my App, which does not exist in the base-framework

Is a component thats very easy to implement and configure its available functionalities, very clear documentation and great support.
