In my job I have to work with a lot of digtal Assets. Images, lineart, videos, pdf files for printed matter etc. All these assets can be managed easy in Syncforce. For images different variants and filetypes are generated and for videos and printed matter localizations can be added. Well structured platform which allows you to manage your product information in a simple and user friendly way. Continiously improving the PIM environment, also based on input from the users via the e-community Club SyncForce. What do you dislike about SyncForce Circular PIM? The limited possibilities to do mass changes (bulk updates) yourself. There is a standard tool available, but it is very limited in its capabilites. Categorizing products and/or Digital Assets to proposition(s) is not user friendly and very time consuming. Due to limited available capacity within the SyncForce company improvements and/or requests take a lot of time before they are implemented. Lacks (live) dashboards possibilities. We use SyncForce as our single version of the truth. All our products, specs, images, manuals etc are in the PIM. The programme is easy to use and looks very user friendly. The hardest part is collecting all the information you want in your system and connecting the images to the right product. What do you dislike about SyncForce Circular PIM? The main downside of the PIM is that it is not possible to download the product information that is in the system. We get a lot of request from clients to sent them for example the logistical information. It does not require a lot of training to use Syncforce. Products and digital assets can be linked to eachother in multiple ways. Automatic calculation of attribute values. Bulk updates for attribute values. Automatic generation of multiple digital asset file types. Automatically generated campaign pages. For instance it also includes a Digital Asset Management solution, Product Lifecycle management and various configurable workflow e.g. for artwork approvals. Because of the broad functionality, you can achieve more with less systems. Beneficial for both the business users, who work in a single platform as for the IT having to set-up fewer integrations. In a situation where you are looking for a fully custimizable solution tailered for your specific needs this might not always fit.
