**What do you like best about SyncApps?**

SyncApps makes integrations very easy and straightforward. The setup process is smooth, user-friendly,  and everything works as expected. Their support team is amazing , very responsive, fast to reply, and always helpful. They take the time to understand the issue and provide clear solutions. Overall, it has been a great experience working with both the product and the team.

**What do you dislike about SyncApps?**

Everything has been working great so far, no issues.

**What problems is SyncApps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It makes the integration between Salesforce, Constant Contact, and Mailchimp very easy. We use this product for more than 15 accounts, and it works reliably across all of them. Monitoring results is also simple and easy to manage.

Customer support is fantastic! 24/7 and free!!! And now our Salesforce and Mailchimp clients actually talk to each other in a helpful way! The 25% nonprofit discount is also greatly appreciated.

**What do you dislike about SyncApps?**

It's taken a while for everything to cooperate with SyncApps, longer than I anticipated.

**What problems is SyncApps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use both Salesforce NPSP and Mailchimp, and SyncApps allows one human being to have bidirectionally syncing information in both databases.

**What do you like best about SyncApps?**

At the Fisher Center for Alzheimer's Research Foundation, we rely heavily on maintaining smooth communication with our subscribers and supporters. SyncApps has been instrumental in streamlining our data synchronization between Salesforce and Constant Contact, it was very easy to set up. The platform's user-friendly interface, reliable data transfer, and error-handling capabilities. Even if there may be errors that may arrise, their support team is willing and confident to help.

**What do you dislike about SyncApps?**

Though SyncApps serves us remarkably well, we did face some customizations that we needed help with from SyncApps. But as stated before their support team is on top of everything. Once past this hurdle, its benefits have far outweighed this minor inconvenience.

**What problems is SyncApps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using SyncApps, one major challenge we had issues with the seamless synchronization of our dynamic user data across platforms – namely, between Salesforce and Constant Contact.

It's incredibly easy to use and implement, and very secure. The customer support team is amazing, friendly, and helpful. The owner himself got on an intro call with us. Very kind people. The features are plentiful, works wonders integrating between NetSuite and Mailchimp.

We rely heavily on reliable data to ensure smooth and accurate communication with our alumni and supporters. Where we were once using numerous programs and processes to facilitate these connections, SyncApps has allowed us to efficiently consolidate and streamline our data synchronization between Salesforce and MailChimp. The platform has a user-friendly interface that allows even non-tech savvy users to utilize it, and we have been impressed with the reliable data transfer, error-handling, and immediate sync options that allow us to pivot as needed and support our ever-changing communications needs.

**What do you dislike about SyncApps?**

As a small nonprofit, the cost can be a bit of a hurdle. However, the nonprofit discount helps a bit, and at this time, the benefits outweigh any other issues.

Before using SyncApps, we had issues with the synchronization of our user data between Salesforce and our email platform.

SImple to setup and use for a novice IT group. We are a small mom-and-pop shop and can do just enough in computers to get ourselves into trouble. So something as simple as this helps us grow our company.

We want to do more, but there isn't time to learn and take our API to connect to the next level. This issue isn't an issue with the product as much as we need to have more training.

It is simple to set up but for the more prominent features, make sure to take advantage of any training you can get your hands on.

We picked SyncApps because it was the only connector that would support Dynamics CRM on-premise, and we needed a solid integration between CRM and ActiveSync.

Technical support (that's you, John ;-) ), both pre-  and post-sales is sterling. It is the best we ever had with any partner vendor. Kudos!

**What do you dislike about SyncApps?**

The basic product is free, which is cool. However, after you throw in all the must-haves and nice-to-haves, the subscription can quickly cost a fortune.

**What problems is SyncApps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Integration of heterogen systems. Saves us tons of data transcription and miscommunication errors.

LOVE that the features are separated into a variety of add-ons. I've worked with a variety of competitors, and generally speaking they have an all-or-nothing or have a few add-ons that do very little.

**What do you dislike about SyncApps?**

Set up is time consuming, but that is less of a knock on this product and more related to how our processes is set up.

**What problems is SyncApps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping our contact Database connected and syncing between salesforce and Constant Contact. So far this product seems that it will be a life saver for us at a very reasonable price.

We were integrating a new system using SyncApps. A total of 3 parties were involved in the process. SyncApps support team was there whenever I needed  assistance. Quick to respond. Always willing to jump on a call or share a screen to ensure everything was filled in/checked.

**What do you dislike about SyncApps?**

The only thing I think could be improved on was the knowledge base on the systems that SyncApp was linking up.  It was not until I reached the top tier of their support that they were able to assist with the other pieces of the integration.  If I was able to use SyncApp as the one stop shop for the integrations, I think the process would have been a lot more smooth.

This was my first experience with SyncApp but I was very impressed with their level of service.

We had to pull the plug on the integration due to time restraints but I am confident that SyncApp would have continued to be very helpful.

There are many options for connecting MailChimp to Salesforce, and I have found SyncApps' solution to be the most flexible & easy to use, as well as priced appropriately for nonprofit organizations. Support is incredibly responsive and patient with questions! The in-app guidance is very helpful for getting things set-up.

**What do you dislike about SyncApps?**

A few things can be a bit confusing - difficult to understand when field mapping syncs or does not update records, order of operations on syncs. Support team was available to answer my questions though!

**What do you like best about SyncApps?**

Easy to set up to sync with Salesforce and MailChimp with the assistance of the great support team who responds quickly to your emails. I like the ability to "Sync Now" to see if the changes I've made were correct. And the ability to use Marketing Lists in Salesforce allows for multiple groups syncing with just one sync profile. I have been able to set up the addition of contacts to the appropriate Marketing Lists using the Process Builder in Salesforce. Easy to add additional Salesforce orgs to our SyncApps account too. Now have automation for both orgs. Saves so much time and headache!

We have not encountered anything so far that we dislike.

SyncApps provides the ability to keep our MailChimp groups up to date using the syncing automation between Salesforce and MailChimp. Saves so much time!

  ### 16. Set up new business requirement-sending Client emails during our engagement with them

John and Dex and the support team were very prompt when we asked them to help work out how we might set up new profiles between Netsuite and Infusion Soft related to PROJECT records in Netsuite
. send emails to clients whose project is half done
. send emails to clients whose project is completed

At initial request, Project fields and records are not readily available to integrate

John and Dex super helpful on troubleshooting and coming up with solutions to meet our requirement over the course of a short time!! 

Also, as we only presently have the 5 profile licence, the team have kindly increased our licence by 2 so we can test the solution before having to committ to the extra fee per month to increase our licence for good.

Thank you very much for this practical and economical approach!

We made an accidental error that meant an email went from infusion soft to some clients that we did not want to go, but the upside of this, is that we will ALL never forget about this step (step 2 of the profile; tags equalling the tags in step 1) , ever again!!!

Now know how to better set up and understand any profile
The dev team of cazoomi now working to release a change that will help ALL users; a way to get Project fields.

I like that it's a tool think allows your software to talk to each other. 

**What do you dislike about SyncApps?**

The customer support is the worse. You aren't able to get free customer support, you can only email them and that obviously takes a while. It one (or more) of the profiles isn't syncing properly it informed you there's an error and a unclear reason why but it doesn't tell you how to fix it so it's more time wasted having to email the support team to ask why, nothing gets resolved quickly.

Find their competitor and use them, make sure they have good customer support

**What problems is SyncApps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Syncing our CRM system with our automation system, we run multiple webinars a month and this allows our programs to talk to each other.

The Syncapp is seemless integration between our CRM and Email platform. Its very quick and easy to understand app where you can easily setup sync with minimal knowledge about Netsuite

Sometime it seems like CC work in different timezone and to get free review training either we need to stay late in office or come early. but that's worth

We wanted to setup content specific emails and email should be also sent based on specific triggers which could be achieved only if NetSuite and Delivra are talking to eachother.

**What do you like best about SyncApps?**

Easy use of platform, Simple integration, Hassle free setup, Clarity in reports and Price!

The best thing about syncapps is, it saved us almost 6 hours in a week. We used to manually download and upload datas through CSV, Since cazoomi that time is transferred to do better things.

Use the app without any second thought, This is one of the apps we have ever used and bought. It does the sync perfectly without any problem. No IT person was needed. We set the report in netsuite and added the key accordingly and in matter of minutes all got sorted.

**What do you dislike about SyncApps?**

There is nothing as of now as its serving the purpose of why we bought it. Add -ons can be with a certain package. instead of additional purchases. This is the only thing i didnt like obviously :) But other than that you cannot complain any other features on the app. This does the job what we have signed up for.

Another issue was, when credit card got expired, we could have got a courtesy call to let us know that there was problem with the payment, but no calls whatsoever. Only e-mail which went into spam.

**What do you like best about SyncApps?**

The tech support is fast, efficient, and always helpful. I love working with Clint and Nugroho, and I have even nominated Nugroho for being employee of the week at my very own company! They are always willing to work with us and ask the right kinds of questions to make sure we are implementing the proper solution in the best way possible. 

**What do you dislike about SyncApps?**

Nothing! Maybe just the time difference, but even being 12 hours apart I still find I get prompt responses while other times I have to wait 12 hours. But not a big deal. They are so helpful when they respond that honestly There is really not to much to dislike at all! If only they would come work FOR us! 

**What problems is SyncApps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our customers are able to easily integrate the customizations without our software to the custom fields in their ERP. It helps deal with the mess of Desktop integrations, because everything being cloud hosted makes the integrations so much smoother.

SyncApps allows our company to integrate data from MailChimp to NetSuite. Our sales team loves it!

If you need assistance, all troubleshooting is done over email. There is no way of speaking to a live person.

**What problems is SyncApps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our company is able to provide the Sales Team with the email data in regards to open/clicks for every campaign.

I dislike that we only have 5 sync profiles. I would like to have more and not have to pay out the butt for it. Additionally, if you do not have admin rights within your CRM solution, it makes it MUCH more difficult to set it up yourself.

Initally I did have problems with account setup, but at this time, I no longer have any problems. From when I first began using the service, it appears customer service and account support has substantially improved.

I am now able to do use MailChimp as though it fully integrates with NetSuite.

I wouldn't say SyncApps is very intuitive. I had to talk to Support to get it fully set-up, and it required a phone-in Support session that my company had to pay for. (But it was worth it because the Support team was very knowledgeable and friendly, and they answered all my questions.)

**Recommendations to others considering SyncApps:**

If there is something you don't understand about the software, just contact Support. They are great and will save you a lot of trouble. It is definitely worth the $50 you have to spend for 30 minutes.

Without SyncApps we wouldn't be able to integrate our MailChimp and NetSuite accounts. We now can send Automated emails and use the data that we are collecting in NetSuite in MailChimp.

I love that the Cazoomi sync app allows our MailChimp contact lists to stay up to date with the latest contact information in Salesforce. With Cazoomi's automatic syncing and the option to sync on demand, I know that we'll always have the correct contact lists ready to go in MailChimp when I need them.

There was a bit of a learning curve to make sure that I understood all of the sync settings, and my team experienced a few instances where our Salesforce instance and the MailChimp lists did not match up (probably due to user error!). Otherwise, the tool has worked well.

Cazoomi allows my organization to integrate MailChimp with our Salesforce instance automatically, eliminating the need to manually export and import contact lists between Salesforce and our email tool.

Constant Contact lists are very difficult to sync to Salesforce using manual importing methods.  Using Syncapps let myself easily connect the systems to each other and using scheduling I can not have to log back into SyncApps since the integration runs by itself.

Constant Contact list management takes me a few hours each week needing many list edits.  With this integration to Salesforce it is easy to move the data back and forth saving the marketing team many hours.

Major benefit is to see the Constant Contact opens of each client, clicks too and act upon each by our sales people locally.  Amazing product!

The sync is never in real time, and can't be scheduled to happen in conjunction with a scheduled email. The length of time it takes for a complete sync to happen is often unpredictable, and can be over an hour.

Setup syncapps between Salesforce,  mailchimp, constant contact and eventbrite. Existing free integrations for these barely work, cazoomi actually syncs as you would hope and expect.

Note, cazoomi does not add features mailers fall flat on (seeing customers as more than an email address), user friendly list management but cazoomi will save thousands of dollars getting you closer to the dream. 

**What do you dislike about SyncApps?**

Support is great, but don't expect solutions if problems in your system were created by you. For example custom coding in Salesforce that causes record updates to fail will not be cazoomis problem.

Mailchimp - trial, much better than native app.
Eventbrite - better than native app, no extra Salesforce install
Constant Contact - native app no longer supported, cazoomi has lots of options

Once set up, Cazoomi SyncApps was incredibly seamless and easy to use. It removed our team's need to manually import contacts and contact information into our e-blast tool and has saved countless hours of manual updating. So glad we have this tool. (The nonprofit discount helps too!!)

Bugs in the system have led to an inconsistent number of updated contacts. Sometimes we expect a set number of Salesforce contacts to be updated in MailChimp, but the number is less than we expected. We have not been able to resolve this discrepancy.

the idea behind the actual software - i really wanted something that would sync QB to MBO , i went with Flexbooks even though they didn't have a free trial, they had excellent support.

**What do you dislike about SyncApps?**

everything especially the customer service... I expressed how much trouble i was having and all they offered me was a tutorial i would have to purchase...

Intuitive mapping for the integration. I can troubleshoot on my own

Customer service was not helpful when the product was not working for over a month. They wouldn't offer suggestions to resolve the issue. I had to work on my own to figure it out. It wasn't until i sent a frustrated and upset email that they offered a solution

integration from Handshake to Netsuite

  ### 46. WOW where do I start? Started off well. Many issues now almost cost me thousands in tax!! CAUTION

**What do you like best about SyncApps?**

This review is directly related to the Quickbooks and Mindbody Integration. **please not I have not tried other syncs with this company.  

The syncing of the sales receipts was OK but the rest of my user experience was a complete nightmare. 
Great support at the start, faded away when I started discovering flaws in the data transfer.. 

In my opinion I would NOT use these guys for syncing your data as they will completely ruin your quickbooks account (and take no responsibility - "unsyncing is not a service we offer, nor possible in our platform") and then defer responsibility on to their user agreements when you ask for a refund - "we do not offer refunds on data migration or integration as per our stated policy."

**What do you dislike about SyncApps?**

OK where do I start with this sync app. I would call this company fraudulent, if only for the fact once they have your money aren't interesting in solving problems that have directly resulted from incorrect programming on their end. 

Further more I would seriously question if this company did any market research or exploration into the two SASS products they have integrated with. If any of their employees used even just one of the two platforms I would argue this integration could have been exponentially better. They could have also simply asked the right questions in the marketplace, i.e. undergoing some market research of what might users might need before moving forward, could have resulted in an extremely successful outcome.

Instead we are left with something in the middle of doing absolutely sweet F/A and destroying most of your quickbooks data. If it wasn't for the insight of my amazing account I would have literally paid thousands of dollars in tax for "double counting" sales receipts.

So the first real problem with this entire Sync is the fact it does not account for Ezidebit or Merchant transactions. Let's say we have 100 customers on direct debit all paying $10 a week ($1000 in total). Cazoomi will import 100 sales receipts into your quickbooks. Great work! I now have 100 sales receipts in quickbooks that will tell me what products and services were bought (this is a problem in its own that I will explain shortly). Not long after that I will receive $925 into my quickbooks account ($1000-merchant fees of $75)... Instead of matching that transaction with all the sales receipts, the sync will double count the $925 with the $1000, meaning I now end up with $1925 dollars in income recorded in quickbooks.

 When I pulled them up on this, this is the response I received:

"Within the list you provided in the first email, the Visa/MC will let you process the credit cards and Direct Debit will allow that form of payment on the front end of the software. So essentially, EziDebit is only a payment processor, payment method will still be Direct Debit, Visa/MC, etc. in SyncApps." 

Yeh that's great but unless I ignore the $925 by 'excluding' the Ezidebit deposit then the sync will not match each individual transaction within the deposit. This is the same for any merchant POS or cash deposits. 

This is where the sync app logic actually gets confusing... Why and what is the point of this sync? Is it only to place hundreds of my clients on Mindbody into Quickbooks? This part hasn't been explained to me since I joined Cazoomi. If all i'm doing is excluding any REAL transactions, i.e. the money that is placed into my accounts from merchants, and only recording sales receipts imported from Mindbody then this presents a fundamental flaw. There is no checks and balances in the sync - meaning that I am ultimately going to rely on the sync (which is already incorrectly transferring data across to Quickbooks) to tell my accountant the total amount of income received. 

This is CRAZY!! 

Why would any business owner in their right mind trust this sync? Anyone who is already using this software, please go back and double check your books. You could be paying too much tax or too little. And trust me on this, the IRS won't care what sync you are using to help. These guys obviously don't either.

DO NOT USE! Read my entire review.

This tool allows me to sync critical customer data to my email service provider so I can now focus only on increasing sales.

**What do you like best about SyncApps?**

Once programmed, this is a seamless and very effective way for my client, accounting and sales information to drop into my bookkeeping software (QBO). I don't have to do anything other than add and schedule my clients in MindBody, complete my sales for the day in MindBody,  and then login to QBO to manage my deposits. Everything comes over as a Sales Receipt to Uncategorized Income, and then matches up manually in QBO once my deposits have been made both physically at the bank and then electronically in QBO. I am a solo practitioner physical therapist and Pilates home studio owner running a cash only practice. I don't have time to manage extensive bookkeeping details daily, and the streamlined auto sync via using Cazoomi SyncApps has made it possible to manage a full time 30-35 per week one-hour per patient load, a family and a home (without support staff) thus far. 

**What do you dislike about SyncApps?**

Cost- I pay ~$50/month for the data to sync, and this feels expensive as the two programs should reach a compatibility agreement in my opinion. However, I could not be nearly as streamlined without it, and will continue using this service indefinitely as a result.

**What problems is SyncApps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automatic data entering of daily sales and customer information from MindBody to QBO, allowing me to enter the data once and then manage it in QBO with simple tasks and minimal time.

**What do you like best about SyncApps?**

We use this to Sync our mail chimp account withe Microsoft dynamics CRM. Before that, the CRM provider quoted us a hefty price, which made me look elsewhere and in the process we discovered this nifty solution, which worked like a charm. 

The software is brilliant, very stable, the support is excellent and they go out of their way to support the clients.

**What do you dislike about SyncApps?**

Nothing much to dislike about them, however, as someone who is a bit savvy about design, I would recommend SynApps people to invest in a great design and user interface and refresh it a bit. 

It feels a bit utilitarian at the moment, however, the most important thing is the stability of the software, which I have no complaints about. 

**Recommendations to others considering SyncApps:**

Great software, very stable and most importantly what a great team! Save some money and time, use SyncApp.

**What problems is SyncApps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It was a nightmare trying to find a solution which connects two very different kind of systems (Mailchimp and dynamics), and we didn't wanted to shell thousands to build a custom integration. So we went for it and have never looked back since. 

Saved tonne of effort, money and most importantly time in the process.
