Sync Engine for Intercom keeps the contact current from WordPress. Connect with OAuth or an Intercom Access Token. New and updated users sync with email, name, phone and avatar, and WordPress roles become Intercom tags that change when the role does. Free includes basic user sync, role tags, 4 events (User Registered, Login, Logout, Profile Updated) and email support. Pro adds WooCommerce events, attribute mapping, bulk sync and priority support. WooCommerce features are Pro only. Sync runs in the background on your own site. It is not a chat widget, and Messenger stays optional. Free: $0 forever. Pro: $99/year.
