There are a large number of out of the box connectors for all of the major integration systems, Salesforce, MSSQL and others. It has worked well with the api calls for my lesser known ERP. It is a visual drag and drop interface for creating the workflows and transformations and it is relatively cheap on an annual basis. It is automated and is used across the business daily. Yes its drag and drop to set the building blocks but it also takes some time to learn how to configure each block and the online help is vague. Initially it also just didn't work very well and needed a of of work from the support team just to get it functioning correctly. The customer support team were not always responsive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is Synatic solving and how is that benefiting you? We have two major systems -Pronto ERP and Salesforce CRM. Our account managers were spending too much time in the ERP and not enough time in the CRM. This was due to a lack of data integration. Synatic helped us resolve this. It is high-performance system integration, No need to depends on anything anymore. This comes with essential features for enterprise security and other related stuff. What problems is Synatic solving and how is that benefiting you? We upgrade our old project with Synaptic. Now it is running over with the latest technology. The web interface is helpful to write a simple API that connects with the flow.
