Ease of use. I like the color coding in the schedule area and the ability to quickly create employees schedules and approve time cards Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

On time card Monday it is very slow. I wish the calendar portion of laborworks scheduling was faster to load. Essentially a faster version of the current program. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
