To be very honest, I like the intuitive feel that the tool has grown to showcase under symplr Workforce. It is easy to use, and well organized in terms of scheduling and tracking of the time your employees take off. The templates are convenient to use to design the schedules tailored to our needs, besides it does not need much effort to do that. Also, regarding the real time notification and approval it helps me to track the changes in staffing and apply necessary changes when necessary. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Although, there are various features in symplr Workforce, I was surprised to realize that the mobility app seems to have fewer options than the web application. More precisely, they would like to have even more Reporting and Analytics options on the Mobile application. I love the advanced analytical feature of streamlining scheduling, compliance and other HR functions primarily in the healthcare industry. The Time & Attendance system is a wonderful product! It's easy to use and offers many features for employees which eliminates some of the work from managers. I also like being able to set some of my own preferences and looking at information that is important to my role. The integration between Scheduling, Time Cards and Attendance tracking is excellent. Our implementation team (12 years ago) was excellent and definitely appreciated their expertise on best practices. Customer Service is wonderful.
