The GUI, it is easy to browse and fast for the users to find what they need and get the required information in a easy way. They also like the menus and the location of the graphics. We manage the systems side of the servers and applications so we do not hae much exposure to the app itself but usually the app team will ask us to reboot a system or check the app best practices or setup and we had no reports about this software so far.
