When they swipe thier ID badge, all of the information comes up and you only have to verify it is the correct person. **What do you dislike about symplr Access?** The only issue ive ever had with symplr is that the card reader that the reps use to swipe their card to check in does not always work and then we have to manually enter all of the reps credentials into the system and make sure the information is correct. **What problems is symplr Access solving and how is that benefiting you?** Symplr access is allowing the reps to check in for the surgery they are coming to assist with and the doctor they are supposed to be with. this allows us to keep track of the reps and see who was in and assisting the doctor with the procedure. this is helpful if something were to go wrong, so that we can go back in and look to see who the assisting representative was. ### 2. There is a mobile application that helps tracking what appointments are on your calandar. **What do you dislike about symplr Access?** All in all it works well, the website is a bit generic and the mobile application has hardly any functionality. I would prefer the appointment not be voided if a visitor is running late and misses their timeslot, it causes for more work on my end to submit or approve another appointment. **What problems is symplr Access solving and how is that benefiting you?** Symplr allows administration to track what reps are in our facility and how long their visit will be, giving us more time to handle our day to day tasks without interuption. ### 3. The implementation team was very helpful and cooperative. **What do you dislike about symplr Access?** The only issue I had with the entire implementation process was figuring out which labels to use in the tower. There are a couple of different search functions that can be used like product category, company name, and even vendor name if you happen to know it. **What do you dislike about symplr Access?** The search function when looking for a rep by company name should have more filters. Sometimes it is difficulty to find the representative covering my geography. **What problems is symplr Access solving and how is that benefiting you?** Symplr is widely used so if the vendor has product at my facility, they have checked into my database and I can easily get in contact with them, even without a business card. ### 9.
