It is very user friendly for those who are mainly just "users."

Symplr provider is very user friendly. Customer support responds quickly. Integration and Implementation went very well for our facility.

I haven't found any downsides to symplr yet.

Utilizing symplr Provider helps keep our files consistent and makes everything easy to find. Queries are easy to write.
