Library function of maintaining contracts

Non intuitive interface and steep learning curve to use the software

**Recommendations to others considering symplr Directory:**

Look closely before you commit to a contract library.  Realize what you are committing to when doing a software upgrade, and that you are generally oversold on that process.

**What problems is symplr Directory solving and how is that benefiting you?**

No benefits realized.   Great dissatisfaction in the organization.
